Two disciplines, one standard

I've moved through every layer of retail — sales advisor, team leader/supervisor, assistant manager, store manager, multi-site regional lead — while quietly finishing an MSc in International Accounting & Finance and clearing 7 of 13 ACCA papers.

That combination means I don't just run stores — I audit them. Every schedule, every shrinkage figure, every training rollout gets held to the same standard I'd apply to a set of financial statements. Before retail, I spent six years inside a chartered accountancy firm in Dhaka — four as an articled trainee, two as Audit Manager — planning and delivering statutory audits for more than 40 corporate clients.

Across that career I've worked out of 9 different retail locations and personally trained 60+ managers and 400+ frontline staff. Most recently: Multi-site Store Manager (Region 1) at MINISO UK until May 2026, and the Area Manager's designated stand-in for the territory.
